Sleeps 2 people, queen-size bed, self-contained with separate bathroom with shower, kitchen area, hot plates and microwave. The ground floor studio opens through French doors into a private and sunny garden area. The upstairs studio opens out onto its own balcony under the turret.

2-bedroom unit

Sleeps up to 4 people. Each unit has a bedroom with a king or queen-size bed, and another bedroom with either another queen-size bed or two single beds. Spacious living area with seating and dining table and chairs, self-contained kitchen area, and bathroom with shower. French doors open out onto garden/BBQ area, the upstairs opens out onto its own balcony.

Sheltered north facing house with open plan living with one bedroom and bathroom, and separate studio with bedroom and ensuite. Fully appointed modern kitchen, open fire and tastefully decorated. Spectacular views over Akaroa harbour, surrounded by native trees. Easy walk to the Akaroa village for coffee and dining, harbour cruises, and the cinema. Large deck for outside entertaining.
